A car crash early Saturday on the Northern State Parkway killed three people and critically injured a fourth, troopers said.
The Honda Accord was driving eastbound near Glen Cove Road in Lake Success when it crashed into a tree, New York state police said. No other vehicles were involved.
Raihan Islam, 28, Mohamed D. Alam, 61, and Ataur R. Dulal, 34, died in the crash, police said. Al A. Mollah, 36, was in critical condition at Winthrop University Hospital, police said. All four lived in Jamaica.
It wasn't clear whether the weather was a factor in the crash. A nor'easter soaked much of the tri-state on Saturday, but little serious flooding was reported.
