Police have released a photo of three women wanted for questioning after a 24-year-old man was stabbed following an argument over a bus seat Tuesday on Staten Island.
The man was on an S74 bus near Broad and Canal streets in Stapleton shortly before 2 p.m. when he got into a fight with a woman, the NYPD said.
Another man then stabbed the unidentified victim in the torso, hand, hip and shoulder.
The suspect ran off the bus with the three women.
The victim was taken to Richmond University Hospital in critical condition.
Police are searching for the stabber and have released a photo of the three women. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
