3 Arrested in Deadly Bludgeoning of Upper West Side Store Owner's Son: Officials

Authorities have arrested three men in the deadly bludgeoning of a store owner's son on the Upper West Side last month.

The three men from Manhattan are suspected in the killing of 26-year-old Bubacarr Camera inside BNC General Merchandise t-shirt store on Amsterdam Avenue near 105th Street on June 18, according to authorities.

Police sources said at the time it appeared to be a robbery turned homicide.

Two of the suspects are also linked to another robbery on the Upper West Side two days earlier, on June 16, according to officials. One of the robbers in that case fired a gunshot at the store on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard between 132 and 133rd streets.

The suspects were identified and located by a new ATF task force, comprised of ATF, US Marshals and NYPD.
