Two men are wanted for robbing $600 from a woman who was inside a subway station in Manhattan, police said.
On June 15, two men approached a 22-year-old woman along the southbound F line subway platform at West 23rd Street, police said.
One of the men asked if she could cash a check for him, police said. When she declined, one of the men lifted his shirt and flashed what appeared to be a firearm, police said.
The victim was told to go upstairs to a nearby Chase bank, where she deposited the check and withdrew $600 cash, police said. The suspects took the money and fled, police said.
The victim was not injured.
Police released surveillance photos of the two suspects.
Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
