Two men are under arrest, charged with robbing New Jersey state Sen. Raymond Lesniak in his Elizabeth home.
Twenty-six-year-old Brian Kinney and 41-year-old Antoine Neal, both of Elizabeth, are charged with burglary, theft and making terroristic threats.
Lesniak said he was robbed early Saturday by two men who broke into his home while he slept.
The 62-year-old Lesniak said the men took cash, his BlackBerry and the keys to his Lexus.
Elizabeth police say Kinney was already in custody after being arrested for a separate burglary Sunday night and Neal was arrested Monday after police searched his home.
Police did not know if the suspects had retained lawyers.
