The 181st Street subway station in Manhattan, which was closed when a portion of the brick ceiling facade fell on the roadbed, reopened on Monday morning.
Train service on the No. 1 line had been bypassing the Washington Heights station since Aug. 16.
Transit officials say riders should be we wary of limited space on the platform due to scaffolding.
