A 16-year-old girl was struck and killed by a tractor trailer as she crossed an Upper East Side street Wednesday night.
Police say Renee Thompson, of the Bronx, was hit as the 19-wheel tractor trailer was turning onto Third Avenue from 60th Street, near Bloomingdale's.
She was pronounced dead at the scene. No charges have been filed against the driver.
