1 Man Stabbed to Death in BK, Another in the Bronx

Michael Tillary, 44, and Hansel Arias, 22, were stabbed and killed in separate incidents Sunday

Two men were stabbed and killed in separate incidents in the Bronx and Brooklyn early Sunday morning.

Police in Brooklyn responded to a call of a man stabbed in front of 65 Tompkins Ave. just before 3 a.m. and discovered 44-year-old Michael Tillary with a stab wound to his abdomen. He was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Brooklyn resident Marvin Man, 39, has been arrested and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, in connection with the stabbing.

In the Bronx, shortly after 2 a.m. police responded to a call of a man stabbed in front of 1655 Webster Ave. and found 22-year-old Hansel Arias with a stab wound to the torso. Arias was taken to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No arrests have been made in the Bronx stabbing. An investigation is ongoing.
