ZooBorns is a website filled with pictures of the "newest and cutest exotic animal babies from zoos and aquariums around the world."
The site includes a new tree kangaroo joey and six small-clawed otters from the Bronx Zoo.
The Zoo winter baby boomlet also included a new Mongolian wild horse colt.
Out on Coney Island , the New York Aquarium has a walrus baby named Akituusaq. The aquarium's website is jammed with baby pictures and videos of the young walrus, who is only the sixth successful walrus birth in captivity.
All New York City zoos are open New Year's Day, except for the Staten Island Zoo.
