    The Swedish researchers said their findings suggest that the minor loss of sleep that occurs at the end of ordinary weekends — with people going to bed later on Sunday and getting up early on Monday — might also be a contributing factor.

    Is it really that easy?

    Researchers say sleep less than seven and half hours a day and you may have a greater risk for heart disease.

    The study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association explains that adequate sleep is essential for everyone, but imperative for those with cardiovascular risk factors.  Click here for more information.
