Gov. Rod Blagojevich has been exposed in more ways than one.
Elliott's latest piece shows a nervous Blagojevich handcuffed and wearing an orange jumpsuit pulled down to his knees. A nearby guard wears an intimidating rubber glove.
Disrespectful? Insulting? That's exactly the tone Elliott is aiming for.
"I was stunned when I found out what that criminal complaint [outlined]," the artist told the Chicago Tribune. "Hopefully, someone is going to find this irreverent."
Elliott also hopes that his choice of Democrat male subject will appease all those naysayers who criticized his earlier Republican female one.
