Wafels and Dinges' attempts at growth since their launch have been aggressive to say the least. They're on the streets, at the Flea, in a select number of coffee shops and now offer pulled pork as a waffle add-on. But this is a new level of commercialism: "Thomas DeGeest has just announced that his company will begin selling his fluffy Belgian-style cinnamon and vanilla Liège waffles for retail in the frozen food sections of Food Emporium locations, at two Fairways Supermarkets stores...and at three Garden of Eden Gourmet shops."
