This isn't looking good for the crowd-sourcing reviews site. In the Bay Area, a vet clinic is suing Yelp for extortion, claiming the site offered to remove bad reviews for a charge. This is only one of many similar cases, according to an expose in the East Bay Express. The CEO even came clean that there may be a "rogue sales person" working within Yelp's ranks.
