What You're Doing This Weekend, 5/2-3

Lady GaGa live, Pete Seeger turns 90, Tribeca Fest throws its street fair and more

TAKE IT TO THE STREETS: As the Tribeca Film Festival draws to a close, its Family Street Fair takes over Greenwich Street between Hubert and Chambers Streets for a raucous, rip-roaring day of live performances, arts and crafts, eats-on-a-stick, and all the other usual strret-fair staples. Sat., 10AM-6PM.

RADIO GAGA: Love her or really, really hate her, Lady GaGa isn't going away anytime soon. And in this age of bored-looking dudes with complicated hair swaying to music, we find her in-your-face theatricality kind of refreshing. Terminal 5, Sat., 7:15PM.

7,999 PEOPLE & YOU: The 30th Annual Asian Pacific American Heritage Festival descends on Dag Hammarskjold Plaza (say that 10 times fast) with performances, martial arts demos, regional food tastings and plenty of other goodies. About 8,000 attendees are expected at this spring fest -- so get there early. Sun., 12-6PM.

PETE'S SAKE: Take note, folks: Adopt a hippie diet of nuts, sprouts, activism and folk ditties, and you too could live to be 90 like Pete Seeger. Whether you'll celebrate with a party at the Garden attended by dozens of music bigwigs -- from Springsteen to Vedder to Emmylou Harris -- is a different story. Pete Seeger's 90th Birthday Celebration, Sun., 5PM.

GREENSPACE: Are you among the 0.0003% of New Yorkers with a garden? How about a largeish balcony or roof deck? No? Even if you just come to the Antique Garden Furniture Show to browse wares from the 30+ dealers enviously, that's okay too. NY Botanical Garden, all weekend.

DARK NIGHT: Any musician not at MSG Sunday night helping Seeger blow out his candles can be found at Radio City, where a staggering who's who of indie names (Feist, Bon Iver, David Byrne, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings and more) convene for the Dark Was the Night Live concert to benefit the Red Hot Organization, an international charity dedicated to raising money and awareness for HIV and AIDS. Sun., 8PM.
