Tribeca: Michael Ferraro the new chef, at Tribeca's Fresh has resigned after just two months on the job. According to Ferraro, the restaurant's owners, the Tribeca Partners sold the restaurant and the new owners have decided to "go in a different direction" with the concept and the menu, ultimately causing the new chef to resign. This isn't the first bump in the road for the restaurant— Ferarro was brought on after former owner Eric Tevrow was found guilty of tax evasion. As for Ferraro, he writes that we'll all be hearing from him again soon and that he hopes to open another project with the Tribeca Group when the right space comes along.
