Designer Isaac Mizrahi and supermodel Iman will be on LX-NY this evening hyping their new show, "The Fashion Show," which debuts tonight on Bravo. Here's a sneak peek at their interview -- including the two fashion shows per episode and Mizrahi's mentoring skills -- which will air in full on LX New York at 5PM tonight.
In this short preview clip, Mizrahi and Iman go over one of the big highlights of the show -- two runway shows in each episode! -- and Mizrahi discusses some of the joys of mentoring young designers. The best part, however, really comes at the end, where Mizarhi attempts his best Iman impression.
Tonight's premiere marks the kick-off of the second season of "The Fashion Show", and they're clearly upping the "fashion" ante in anticipation of a head-to-head battle with "Project Runway" (which seems to be losing steam on Lifetime). The producers have replaced previous co-host Kelly Rowland with supermodel Iman, and have also added a fashion insider's perspective in the form of Laura Brown, an editor at Harper's Bazaar.
