Marc Jacobs Dresses in Drag

When it comes to physical transformations, Marc Jacobs' metamorphosis from paunchy, bespectacled geekster to a muscly, tan and tattooed gym-goer is one of the fashion industry's most winning examples of a total makeover.

And since his major change of look, we've seen Jacobs don a variety of revealing and often irreverent get-ups, from kilts and tutus, to itsy bitsy Speedos, which is why the latest cover of Industrie magazine, featuring Jacobs in drag isn't such a shocker.

On the cover, Mrs. Jacobs—photographed by Patrick Demarchelier and styled by Katie Grand, highlights his seriously toned gams as he rocks the thigh-high trend, not to mention leopard print, another big look this season. We assume he's wearing pieces from his eponymous line's Fall 2010 collection, though it hasn't been confirmed.

We love MJ for his refreshing boldness and sense of humor, but we'd actually be curious to see what what he looks like in full drag, sans mustache and facial hair. As he appears in the photo, with the wig and the oversized hat, he kind of looks a little bit like Captain Hook, no?
