COLOR BLOCKING: Color blocking was a key trend on the menswear runways, particularly with bright colors. At Salvatore Ferragamo there were color-blocked looks in tomato, grass green, lemon yellow and turquoise.
COLOR BLOCKING: Jil Sander has returned to her namesake label, and she showed color-blocked cardigans which are sure to be a retail hit.
DENIM: Denim on denim, long considered a fashion don't, is suddenly in style. Kim Jones, men's style director at Louis Vuitton, showed patchwork denim looks this season.
DENIM: Italo Zucchelli headed back into the Calvin Klein archives, and showed 1990s-inspired denim on denim this season at Calvin Klein.
DENIM: At DSquared2 there were denim vests trimmed in leopard.

METALLIC JACKETS: One of the loudest fashion trends on the menswear runways was metallic jackets. At Versace there were bronze zip-up jackets inspired by the 1980s.
