Save the Earth and the Garment District while shopping, noshing and imbibing organic booze, tonight, at EcoSalon Shops from 7-10pm.
More than 20 eco-conscious designers, including Feral Childe, Ryann, Tara St. James, Lara Miller, H. Fredrikkson, Found Future, Cri de Couer and more, will gather at Green Spaces in Soho for this free shopping event hosted by EcoSalon, a site devoted to style and sustainability. (Yes, chocolate and spirits, for free!) Save the Garment Center board member Erica Wolf will be there to chat about the ongoing crusade to preserve the apparel industry through its nucleus in NYC.
Racked tipped us off, too, that the first 50 shoppers at EcoSalon Shops will receive sustainable-goody gift bags. Donations are welcome, but not required. See you there, because really, shopping and boozing, that's our kind of Friday night.
