Sigerson Morrison Sends Shoes to Haiti

As time goes on, the fashion community's responses to the crisis in Haiti just keep getting better: Through the end of February, bring in gently-worn (comfortable) shoes to Sigerson Morrison stores, and not only will you get 15 percent off a new pair from the line's spring/summer collection, the brand will match each donation with a pair of shoes.

Naturally, Sigerson Morrison won't be accepting stilettos or uncomfortable shoes -- we love that they included the phrase "comfortable" in the press release -- and donations will be sent through Soles4Soles and the Haiti Relief Fund. What's more, shoppers donating shoes will also get an extra 10 percent off sale merchandise, which means deeper discounts on slick, everyday boots and flats. We're planning to search our closet for cozy shoes to donate as soon as we get home.

Sigerson Morrison is located at 28 Prince Street in Nolita, and 19 East 71st Street on the Upper East Side.
