The Phaidon holiday pop-up shop in Soho did so well the publisher has signed to stay on in Soho through spring 2012.
The space on Wooster Street is as cleanly luxe as the books themselves, prompting a healthy flow of customers to keep the brick & mortar in business on a permanent basis. Having originally been planned to set up shop from November 2009 through the holidays, Phaidon has spruced up its store and expanded offerings to new titles.
At the very least, the shop will be a browsing mainstay, stocked sparely with equally stylized tomes covering topics from art to city guides to cooking.
Phaidon is located at 100 Wooster Street in Soho.
