Lady Gaga Tops Forbes 100; Gisele is World's Top Model

Lady Gaga has officially ousted Oprah as Forbes' most powerful celebrity in the magazine's annual Celebrity 100 list, compounding $90 million in earnings (still $200 million less than Winfrey) with her staggering domination of pop culture, and perhaps most importantly, social media. Her "little monster" followers total 32 million on Facebook and 10 million on Twitter.

Models also made a powerful appearance on the list, with a trio of models-turned-moguls (and mothers) kicking off with Gisele Bundchen at number 60, Heidi Klum at number 83 and Kate Moss just cracking the list at number 94.

Giselle raked in $45 million last year, from powerful endorsements ranging from Ipanema flip-flops to Pantene shampoo in Brazil (according to Forbes, her face spawned a 40 percent spike in sales). Klum, meanwhile, ended her Victoria's Secret contract, but kept her income steady with endorsements, clothing lines and television work. Moss balanced lucrative and steady endorsement deals with a high-paying design gig for Topshop.

Interestingly, no designers or other fashion fixtures made the list -- though celebrities like Katy Perry (12) and Beyonce (29) are certainly fashion-forward fixtures in their own right. The only possible candidate would be Sarah Jessica Parker (73), who serves as a creative director for Halston.

The Forbes 100 bases its rankings on a combination of earnings, social media and web presence, press mentions and television appearances, and the entire list can be seen here.
