Having just been sold to Labelux for almost $900 million, Jimmy Choo is going all out to celebrate its 15th anniversary.
This fall, the brand will reissue 15 of its most famous styles from the archives -- some as is, some with luxurious updates -- as part of a new collection called "Icons," WWD reports. The shoes, which will retail between $850-$3.785, include the turquoise-and-violet Feather shoe that was famously stolen from Carrie Bradshaw in the third season of Sex and the City; the Macy, worn on the red carpet by Oscar winner Natalie Portman; and other best-sellers.
Ten percent of Icon sales will go to the foundation set up by Jimmy Choo founder Tamara Mellon to support women's charities. The foundation will also receive 100 percent of the proceeds from the coffee table book, Jimmy Choo XV, being published by Rizzoli in November.
