Fashion's Night Out Might Get the TV Treatment

Page Six this morning brought news that organizers of the fashion and shopping bonanza that is Fashion's Night Out are reportedly in talks with some major networks to give the one-night-only event a shot at the small screen treatment.

Considering the scale of the event, its association with luminaries like Anna Wintour, and the fact that it kicks off Fashion Week in September (which, you may recall, will be having its inaugural season at Lincoln Center), it seems like the kind of production that'd be ripe for TV, especially Bravo -- one of the networks (along with CBS) that has reportedly been approached by Vogue and the CFDA to spearhead said coverage. A rep for Fashion's Night Out confirmed to Page Six that the organization is in talks with CBS, though nothing has yet been confirmed.

We must confess, we'd definitely tune into any Fashion's Night Out (or Fashion Week, for that matter) show, though we'd be even bigger fans if Kelly Cutrone got recruited to help organize. Now that would make for good TV.
