They may look intimidating, but colorful spring suits are easier to style than you think.

A colorful spring suit is easier to style than you might think.
From elaborate floral prints to bright, statement-making colors, suits haven't been this interesting since the late '80s (the heyday of the now-infamous Power Suit). We tried a lemon-yellow Stella McCartney option (both at Net-a-Porter) with a striped tee ($45 at J.Crew) and cool, color-block sandals ($125.34 at ASOS). A two-tone rubber bracelet by Etro ($196) ties the palette together.
A beachy white suit is a must-buy this spring. We paired Band of Outsiders' double-breasted jacket and cropped trouser (both at LaGarconne) with an elegant navy lace shell ($110 at J.Crew) and sporty white brogues ($120 at Topshop). A pair of classic tortoise shell shades ($120 at Madewell), and the look is ready for some serious sunshine.
Preen's lipstick-pink suit (blazer and trousers at Net-a-orter) makes a statement all on its own, so to keep it from searing our retinas, we paired it with darker separates like a scarf-print blouse from Topshop ($76 at Topshop) and a chunky two-tone sandal (Preen for Aldo Rise at Asos, $223.81). A geometric gold cuff ($6.80 at Forever 21) adds just a touch of bling.
Floral print suits are having a major moment, but the look can seem intimidating without knowing where to start. We tried Elizabeth and James oversize floral suit (at Net-a-Porter) with a breezy chiffon-back tee by Thakoon ($390 at LaGarconne). For a pop of contrasting color, we added J.Crew's aqua python sandals ($398 at J.Crew) and a geometric necklace from Madewell ($62 at Madewell).

ASOS' silk chevron-stripe suit ($80-90 each at ASOS) is as comfy as it is budget-friendly. A coral silk blouse ($98 at J.Crew(tt) and easy orange clutch ($50 at Zara) add a boost of color, while Valentino's classic strappy sandals ($575 at Net-a-Porter) keep the look practical.
