What do you get when you combine Stephane Rolland's outrageous couture creations with a wild-haired pop star? Red carpet magic, for starters. Beyonce donned this brilliant chartreuse number with a thigh-high skirt slit and gold stone belt for the BET Awards.

Couture week in Paris had American A-listers looking very "haute" this week. Glee's Cory Monteith and Lea Michele looked extra stylish at the Versace couture, to which Michele wore the house's bright orange sheath with grey racing stripes and a pair of dove grey pumps.
Also at Versace, funny-girl Elizabeth Banks looked super chic in a steely grey dress by the label with chain mail detailing and pointy matching pumps.

Jessica Alba looked ferociously fashionable in one of Versace's perforated leather cocktail dresses, which the star paired with pointy black pumps and a pillbox clutch from the house's fall couture presentation.

Olivia Palermo was a study in understated chic at the Dior show, where she styled a peplum-waist leather shell top with pleated navy shorts and a woven Miss Dior satchel.
It just wouldn't be a fashion event without Alexa Chung, who hit the Chanel couture show in an easy grey tweed skirt and slouchy navy sweater. Her ruffled, strappy black heels gave the look just the right amount of girlishness.

Diane Kruger turned in another stellar look at Chanel, where she styled this pale blue pleated look (from the brand's resort collection) with a tres francaise black beret and spikey grey flats. We were also intrigued by the starlet's silver cluster earrings, which seemed to attach up the entire length of her ear.
