Perhaps thanks to the reigning "green" mood of the week in anticipation of Earth Day, Stella McCartney boasted several major red carpet looks. Most notably, Gwen Stefani wore the designer's sexy semi-sheer jumpsuit to a party hosted by the designer in celebration of Paul McCartney's new "My Valentine" video in L.A.
