Despite protests from the community and a rejection at the last Community Board 2 meeting, the SLA has renewed the liquor license for The Beatrice Inn. It probably wouldn't have mattered either way, but the delayed and convoluted proceedings at the CB could be to blame: they put off their final vote for months, making their decision last Thursday.
