This 22-year-old recent NYU grad moved to the city from Los Angeles a few years ago and is a regular DJ at the LIT Lounge in the East Village. She is also the bass player for Lissie Truillie, a popular punk band from NYC.

Twenty-five-year-old Evelyn Byrd Bell, known as Byrdie, was born in Chicago but moved to New York as a teenager. She graduated from the United Nations International School with a degree in philosophy and theater arts. Byrdie currently lives in the Upper East Side and is working on her modeling and acting career.

When Katherine E. Shaffer was little she couldn’t pronounce her own name so she referred to herself as "Bee" and that's been her name ever since. Bee is a Columbia University graduate and the 22-year-old daughter of Vogue Editor Anna Wintour. She lives in the West Village and is currently pursuing a career in theater.

Fabiola Beracasa, 33, has said she didn’t have a “girly” phase growing up, but now the Venezuela native gets glammed up for nights out in the city on a regular basis. She got engaged to her long-time boyfriend, Jason Beckman, while she was reporting on a film festival in Cannes for Vogue.com. She and Jason live in the West Village.

Amanda Hearst is a model and a Fordham University art history student by day, partygoer by night. This 26-year-old is dating Alejandro Santo Domingo, an heir to one of the largest fortunes in Latin America. She was born and raised in New York City and currently lives in the Upper East Side.

Gillian Hearst-Shaw Simonds, 29, was born in Palo Alto, Calif., and came to Manhattan after graduating from Georgetown University. She briefly owned her own clothing company, AnGil, but is now working for the Hearst Corporation as the editorial assistant at Town and Country. She lives in Midtown with husband, lawyer Christian Simonds.

Lydia Hearst was raised in Connecticut but now splits her time between her apartments in Midtown and Los Angeles. This 25-year-old dabbles in modeling, acting and designing. She worked with Puma to design a purse and fitness clothes. She’s also co-founded the charity Designers for Darfur.

Socialite Julia Restoin Roitfeld was raised in Paris where her mother is the editor-in-chief of French Vogue. Julia came to New York to finish her schooling at the Parsons New School of Design, and she now lives in Chelsea. One of her latest modeling projects was as the face for Jil by Jil Sander perfume. Julia will be 30 in November.
