Surprise! Tyra Reportedly “Difficult” to Work With

Now that Tyra's talk show is officially ending, it seems the claws are coming out among some disgruntled former staffers -- who told the New York Daily News that they didn't even find out the show was ending until they read about it in the press along with everyone else.

As one source told the Daily News, it was so difficult to work with Tyra that there was a "high turnover of employees." Now, granted, we wouldn't be surprised one bit if Tyra proved demanding to work for -- have you seen how much this woman does? She won an Emmy, for crying out loud. And we can also think of more than a few other places with a high rate of turnover, but regardless, when your employees start airing dirty laundry in the Daily News, of all places, it's usually a good sign that you've peeved some people off.

This same source alleges that Tyra had announced her show was closing to the press before she told her own employees. Now, it wouldn't be the first time that a show (or, ahem, magazine) has closed without advance notice to staffers, but it's always nice manners around the holiday season to drop a little "thanks for all the good times" note before taking to Twitter. (Then again, with so many followers, it's possible Tyra thought she was alerting her staff and her fans all in one go.)

Another source, however, seems to have had a good experince with Tyra, saying "Tyra just knows how she likes things done. And as for her ‘diva-ness,' well, it sells." And that certainly is true.
