Upcoming Jackson Avenue condo building East of East hasn't seemed to mind giving the neighbors a little bit of a show even before it's done, with those vertical stripes on the construction fence for passersby to look at. Turns out that's the least of what there is to see at East of East! Broker-blogger Andrew Fine shares some construction shots and interior renderings from the project (which he likes for its large lofty layouts). Things are pretty tame in the rendering above (from architects RSVP Studio) aside from a slightly creepier than usual selection of rendering shadow people. But then the rendering porn gets a little more, well, pornographic.
