ICE, ICE, BABY His new film “Taking Woodstock,” about the family motel behind the summer of love, may be getting mixed reception from critics, but you can’t deny director Ang Lee’s one of the stalwarts behind the camera today. Showing tonight as part of the Walter Reade’s complete Lee retrospective is the brilliant “The Ice Storm” (1997), a story of midlife malaise and key parties in 1970s Connecticut. 9PM.
HOMESPUN Last time we saw singer Meschiya Lake, she was fronting the NOLA-by-way-of-Brooklyn Loose Marbles. She performs with another excellent, freewheeling Dixieland outfit, the Baby Soda Jazz Band, tonight at Barbès in Park Slope. 7PM.
