It's looking like Ricky's is just about ready to open at 193 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg in the storefront formerly occupied by the Matamoros Grocery, which was much loved for its tacos and other food at the back counter. No longer. The Tasti D-Light next store is still operational, but the tacos are being replaced by Halloween costumes and other products any day now.
