Pouty-lipped designer Loris Diran, who's worked for Chanel and Versace and dressed such celebs as Sarah Jessica Parker and Beyoncé, is opening a store on First Street just east of the Bowery. We assume he's aiming for a customer base among those who find neighbor Blue & Cream too authentically gritty.
