This better be the only time we spot Crocs in the windows at Barneys on Madison Avenue. To celebrate star chef Mario Batali's watch collaboration with horologist Ernst Benz, Barneys will have the rotund one himself, along with signed copies of his new book, Spain...A Culinary Road Trip. Stop in tonight at 6pm to catch Mario hawking three styles of watches, each limited to 250 pieces at $2,500-$4,500.
Although we think it's odd to have a chef signing watch boxes, especially since this collaboration isn't exactly new, we're just relieved that Mario isn't peddling the Crocs (yet).
