Last week's edition of The Hunt column in the Times spotlighted a newly single mom so determined to live in the city that she moved her brood to an undersized and expensive UWS rental where she sleeps on the couch—and apparently she's part of a trend. An increasing number of white-collar families with young kids are staying in the city and cramming into tiny apartments, and they explain to the paper why sleeping in walk-in closets isn't so bad once you get used to it.
