The first Northside Piers tower in Williamsburg may recently have gone rent-to-own, but that is no obstacle to the second Northside Piers tower. It's rising out of the ground and it's just hit the market. The Real Deal reported the 270 one-, two- and three-bedroom units went on sale yesterday. The building has more studios and one-bedroom units than the first tower. Studios in Tower Two start at $349,990, 1BRs go from $444,990, 2BRs start at $871,990 and 3BRs begin at $1,655,990. Prices go up to $2.9 million.
