Ready or Not, Brooklyn Heights' 20 Henry Hits the Market

Is it this a good time or a bad time for one of the coolest luxe renovations in Brooklyn Heights to hit the market? Well, the question is really rhetorical, because 20 Henry is on sale as of today. We're talking 28 residences ranging in price from $580,000 to $2.56 million. (For the record, it was a Mitchell Lama affordable building it was bought for the purpose of taking it luxe.) The building includes studios and apartments ranging from 1-4 BRs. The building used to be the Peaks Mason Mints Candy Factory building. Halstead is handling the marketing and they're projecting move-ins in the fall of 2009. The sales team claims 1,900 expressions of interest in the building since work started earlier this year.
