And it was interesting, to say the least. There was enough venom in the thread to classify it as a WMD, but in terms of guessing prowess, the blue ribbon goes to an anonymous friend down at #21, who wrote rather awesomely: "$10 million and it will sell for close to it, Park Avenue never goes on sale. It's a great apartment for a Russian Billionaire that paid $50 million for a mansion around the corner to house his staff." "Park Avenue never goes on sale" had better be on a T-shirt by the end of the week.
