On Sale Fri: Sting at the Apollo

Sting’s been selling out halls worldwide with his Symphonicity tour, and he’s about to do it again: Tickets go on sale today for a special concert, exclusively for Sting.com fan club members, at the Apollo on Friday, April 28.

Tickets are $75 and VIP packages are $150, and go on sale exclusively to members of Sting’s fan club beginning today, Friday, April 8 at 12PM at http://tickets.sting.com. Each member will be able to purchase up to four tickets. To get your hands on seats, you’ll need to be a member of Sting’s fan club (easily done by heading to Signup.Sting.com and paying the $45 fee, which also gets you all the usual fan club goodies).

This’ll be a return trip to NYC for Sting’s Symphonicity concert (a twist on the title of The Police's 1983 album Synchronicity): Last July he fronted the 45-musician Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra in a sold-out show at the Metropolitan Opera. The Apollo show will be conducted by Sarah Hicks, Associate Conductor of the North Carolina Symphony and Staff Conductor at the Curtis Institute of Music.
