Investors Gobble Three Pre-War Neighbors on Upper East Side

Investors calling themselves UES De LCC have gobbled up three neighboring buildings on the Upper East Side for a combined $14.5 million.

The three pre-war properties, all of which were sold by the same person, include the five-story, 10-unit 354 East 89th Street, for $4.5 million; the five-story, 10-unit 1713 First Avenue, for $5 million; and the five-story, nine-unit 1711 First Avenue for $5 million.

Neither the new owner, nor the old one, could be reached for comment. But those three would make a mighty nice development site...
