Bikes in Buildings Bill Gets Nod From Bloomberg Administration; REBNY Relaxes Opposition After Exemptions Added

The Bloomberg administration has endorsed a long-discussed bill that would require landlords to allow tenants the right to bring bikes into commercial buildings.
