Advisory Firm Wants at Least 200K Feet

The monster tenant prowling the Manhattan market right now is a consulting firm called FTI Consulting, according to sources, who tell us the international business adviser is hunting for 200,000 to 300,000 square feet in which to consolidate its operations at no more than $60 a square foot.
