Activists Toss Another Roadblock in Front of Domino Sugar Conversion

The winter chill that had settled over the old Domino Sugar factory has officially thawed. In late March, opponents of the planned condo conversion there re-heated last summer’s landmarking controversy with a lawsuit against the city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission.
