We’ve heard of food and wine being paired with theater, but with classic rock? Metromix stopped into the Great Led Zeppelin Wine Pairing at Becco last night. Sample spiel from wine writer David Lynch: “We're pairing ‘The Song Remains’ with two crisply acidic, chalky, mouth-tingling whites. Think about that opening guitar riff — that jangling makes me think of the bubbles rising in a glass of Champagne.” [Metromix]
