What to Eat at Num Pang, Opening Tomorrow

The owners of Kampuchea, Ratha Chau and Ben Daitz, tell us their new sandwich shop, Num Pang, will open tomorrow with a limited preview menu. Sure, sandwiches are a bit of a trend right now, but this is truly one to get excited about. Just look at the menu, below. For the moment, Num Pang will be open from 11:30 a.m. till 11 p.m. on weekdays (till midnight on Fridays), 1 p.m. till midnight on Saturdays, and will be closed on Sundays. Delivery and desserts coming soon.
