We’ve just gotten wind that Wallsé is closed while it works on its exhaust system (standard maintenance, says the restaurant). Until it reopens on Saturday, dishes like spaetzle with braised rabbit, lobster ravioli, chestnut soup, and Canadian elk with Brussels sprouts will be served at Kurt Gutenbrunner’s other spot, Blaue Gans.
