UrbanDaddy brings word that Jason Marguilles, the former chef at Robert’s Steakhouse in the Penthouse Executive Club, is at the helm of Prime 333, a restaurant that opened Monday underneath Chelsea’s newish Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club. Dude has apparently found his niche. Meanwhile, according to the Transom, the Penthouse Club’s owner, Robert Gans, has purchased the shuttered Scores West building at a steal, for $9.58 million.
