As an alternative to Prune on President’s Day, those into cult brunches can head to the little owl on Monday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. On the menu here: Adam Platt’s favorite burger, combining “all the elements of the new deluxe burger revolution, including a blend of brisket and short ribs from the gourmet-beef suppliers Pat La Frieda, twirls of maple-smoked bacon” plus a house-baked bun.
