Congrats to Marquee’s Noah Tepperberg, who, after being initially voted down, finally managed to snag the full community board’s okay for the West Chelsea gastrolounge we first reported. With the full board now backing up the licensing committee’s support of a month ago, this one should now be a cinch with SLA. [NYP]
